Xcalakarma is a beautiful studio apt. located within  a lovely private home and lush jungle garden. With its own rights to beach access, it is located within 160 meters from the secluded beaches of Xcalacoco.  Xcalacoco is located 7 kilometers north of the popular resort town of Playa del Carmen and just south  within beach walking distance of Capitan La Fittes resort (Punta Bete beaches).  Apt contains fully equipped kitchen.  Bathroom has round shower with marble tiles and glass blocks. Enmities include furnished linens, hammocks, lounging chairs and ceiling fan.  Parking space within secured  gated yard.  Ground floor Apt. has its own private wrap around tiled patio with garden view.  Nearest neighbor is Spa Ikal del Mar Beach/jungle resort.
