Payment Policy
After you receive confirmation by us (through email or by phone) that the dates you requested are available and you request that we hold a reservation for these dates, we need to receive your payment within seven (7) days. If we have not received your payment within seven (7) days, your reservation may be cancelled. We will notify you before we cancel your reservation.

After we have confirmed your dates and you have requested a reservation,
payment is due in full within seven (7) days of your request. Ten
percent (10%) of this payment is nonrefundable.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Fifty percent (50%) is refundable if you cancel your reservation more than thirty (30) days before your expected arrival date. If the space is refilled, ninety percent (90%) is refunded.
If you cancel less than thirty (30) days before your expected arrival date, your entire payment is non-refundable unless the space is refilled. If the space if refilled, ninety (90%) of your payment is refunded.
